Athens' Agatus are Hellenic black metal pioneers, founded in 1992 by brothers The Dark and Vorskaath, who are also known for their work in Zemial, Varathron, and Kawir. Over three decades, their sound has evolved from underground black metal to a compelling fusion of black and traditional heavy metal, epitomised by their acclaimed comeback album 'The Eternalist.'
