Yagas was a thrash metal band from Caleta Olivia, Santa Cruz, Argentina, formed in January 2006 by vocalist Amado Díaz, guitarist Gustavo Páez, drummer Federico Balliriain, and bassist Leonardo Quintero. The band contributed the track "Emisarios del Mal" to the Patagonian underground compilation "Abismo Sureño" in 2007 and performed a mini-tour across Santa Cruz province that same year. Their lyrical themes addressed social criticism, corruption, and society.
