Abhorrence
Brutal death metal band from São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, founded by brothers Rangel and Fernando Arroyo in 1997. Drawing on Deicide, Morbid Angel, and Krisiun as key influences, Abhorrence built their sound around blasting double-kick percussion, speed-driven guitar riffs, and demonic vocal delivery, releasing the full-length Evoking the Abomination in 2000 on Evil Vengeance/Listenable Records and the late-period Obliteration in 2008.
