Adrenalin O.D.
Adrenalin O.D. was a hardcore punk band formed in Elmwood Park, New Jersey in 1981, known for pioneering a comedic, speed-driven approach to hardcore that blended metal-tinged aggression with irreverent humor. Their 1984 debut The Wacky Hi-Jinks of Adrenalin O.D. and the 1986 follow-up Humungousfungusamongus helped define crossover thrash, with bands including NOFX, Anthrax, Municipal Waste, and Darkthrone citing them as an influence. The band disbanded in 1990 after four studio albums.
