Aeglos
Aeglos is a one-man metal project from Offenburg in southern Germany, founded in 2010 by Patrick Schneckenburger, who handles guitar, bass, vocals, and songwriting. Their 2014 debut album I spans nine tracks of Tolkien-influenced heavy metal across forty-six minutes, with songs like Balrog and Gil-Galad revealing the literary inspirations behind the project's name — the icicle-spear wielded by the Elven king.
