Angur
Angur is a pagan black metal band from Frankenthal in the Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, who incorporate hurdy gurdy and flutes alongside guitars and drums to create an authentic pagan metal sound centered on medieval sagas. Their releases include the 2011 debut album Hort min sagen and the 2015 EP Ego, which draws thematic material from sources ranging from Goethe to the Old Testament.
