Apu Rumi
Apu Rumi is a power/folk metal band from Huaraz, Ancash, Peru, formed in 2014 and signed to Metal Media X Productions. Notably cited by Metal Archives as the first metal band to record with lyrics entirely in Quechua, the native language of the Incas, the band grounds its music in Andean and Incan cultural themes. Their debut full-length "Puka Yaku" was released in 2016 to strong critical reception within the South American metal underground.
