Aquamorta
Folk/thrash metal band from Minsk, Belarus, formed in 1997 and drawing on both early Teutonic thrash influences—Destruction, Kreator, Sepultura—and Belarusian ethnic music traditions for their lyrical and melodic content. Their 2001 album "Zaklik Kryvi," released through Metal Records, roots their sound firmly in ancient Belarusian cultural soil.
