Betheos Abshalom
Betheos Abshalom is an ambient/experimental/symphonic black metal project from San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, founded in 2013 (initially as Carminda e Betheos). The project is overtly Christian in orientation, with lyrical themes centered on scripture, the Holy Spirit, and the nature of God, and has released an extensive catalog of independent full-lengths including Ruach Hakodesh (2014), Ante Diem (2015), Tenebris (2016), and Loor Iehouah foresta (2022). Betheos Abshalom resumed activity in 2021 after a hiatus, continuing as one of the most prolific metal acts in Honduras.
