Disperse is a progressive metal band formed in Gmina Przeworsk, Poland in 2007, centered on the guitar work of Jakub Żytecki and the vocals of Rafał Biernacki. The band cites Cynic, Devin Townsend, and Allan Holdsworth among their influences, blending progressive metal with jazz and ambient textures. They released three studio albums — Journey Through the Hidden Gardens (2010), Living Mirrors (2013), and Foreword (2017) — the last two on Season of Mist.
