Formed in Mechelen in June 2013, Drawn Into Descent play atmospheric black metal that draws equally from post-rock and doom metal, with prominent melodic lead guitars and a sorrowful, melancholic vibe running through their three albums. Signed to Immortal Frost Productions, the band released The Endless Endeavour in 2019 via Avantgarde Music and their third record Onrust in February 2026, which marks a heavier and more aggressive direction without abandoning their signature emotional depth.
