Dying Inside is a melodic death metal band from Estelí, Nicaragua, formed in 2007 by Ronald Arroliga and Juan Castellón, making them pioneers of the genre in their country. The band released their debut full-length Dystopia in 2012, followed by a string of singles including Arcano XIII (V.I.T.R.I.O.L.) in 2020 and Arcano XI in 2021. Their earlier 2010 demo, Dying Inside Estelí, documents their formative sound rooted in themes of internal struggle and existentialism.
