Earth Rot are a blackened death metal band from Perth, Western Australia, formed in 2014 by Tom Waterhouse and Jared Bridgeman. Rooted in old-school death metal with black metal atmosphere and a grinding groove, the band expanded to a full lineup and toured with Fleshgod Apocalypse, Vader, and Marduk. They released three full-length albums and several EPs before signing with Season of Mist for Black Tides of Obscurity (2020).
