Macáes
Macáes is a one-man post-black metal and shoegaze project by Fernando, based in Puerto Deseado, Santa Cruz province — one of the southernmost metal acts in Argentina. The project released the split Pureza y Caos alongside Chilean atmospheric act Lapageria Rosea in January 2013, contributing three tracks composed in July 2012: "Símbolo de Mutación," "Decadence," and "Condenados A Nuestra Iniquidad." The project blends black metal intensity with shoegaze texture in an ambient, atmospheric style.
