Necrohunter began as a straightforward death metal outfit before gradually moving toward atmospheric black metal, exploring themes of desolation, depression, and occultism across releases including the album Hunter's Curse (2014) and Last Days (2020). The band traces its roots through earlier incarnations Damned Creation and Behest, making Necrohunter the latest evolution of a project that has been reshaping its sound for over two decades.
