Otargos
Otargos is a French black/death metal band founded in Bordeaux in 2001 by vocalist-guitarist Dagoth and drummer R.F. Lord Mysterium, forging a cold, mechanistic sound that balances industrial metal's austerity against blackened death metal's ferocity. The band built a steady discography across labels including debut Ten Eyed Nemesis (2005), Kinetic Zero (2007), Fuck God—Disease Process (2009), No God, No Satan (2010), and Apex Terror, signed to Season of Mist for later releases. Their thematic preoccupations — chaos, destruction, and the negation of divinity — are rendered through a calculated, unrelenting sonic attack.
