Paragon
Paragon is a German power and speed metal band from Hamburg, founded in 1990 by guitarist Martin Christian and active continuously since. The band broke through internationally after signing with Remedy Records around 2000, releasing a trilogy of well-received albums — Steelbound (2001), Law of the Blade (2002), and The Dark Legacy (2003) — and performing on the main stage at Wacken Open Air in 2004 before an audience of approximately 48,000. Their discography runs to fourteen full-length albums, with the most recent, Metalation, released in 2024 on Massacre Records.
