Pot Zombies emerged from Rio de Janeiro in 2017 with their debut demo "Straight from the Grave," a five-track release that leans into the churning, mid-paced riffs of groove metal with touches of thrash and punk aggression. Their self-described "undead" aesthetic pairs dense, heavy rhythms with dark lyrical themes across short, punchy songs.
