Shockgnosis blend industrial and groove metal from the Essen-Oberhausen-Duisburg triangle in the Ruhr Valley, combining mechanical, electronic textures with heavy rhythmic riffing. Active since 2009, they draw from three of Germany's great industrial cities to fuel their own industrial-tinged metal.
