Voltax is a heavy metal band from Mexico City, formed in 2006 under the name Voltage before settling on their current name. The band has released multiple full-lengths including their self-titled debut (2007), Fugitive State of Mind (2010), Hiding into Flames (2013), and No Retreat... You Surrender (2017), the last of which earned an 85% review on Metal Archives. Signed to Lastwarriorecords, Voltax describes their sound as pure and heavy metal with lyrical themes spanning fantasy, battles, and life.
