Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00AM-6:00PM. The Ticket Office opens 1 hour prior to General Doors for a ticketed event.

Parking: There are many garages located in a 4 block area around Pinnacle Bank Arena as well as metered/garaged parking. The Pinnacle Bank Arena Festival Lot is located near Haymarket Park across the Lincoln pedestrian bridge.
