Hours: Regular hours are Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm. If the event is on a Saturday or Sunday, the box office will open at 12pm and close after the event begins. The Box Office does recognize major holidays and thus may be closed or have shorter hours on those days.

Parking: Convenient parking for Palace Theatre shows and events is available at the Quackenbush Garage located just off Broadway at 25 Orange Street, 2 blocks from the Palace Theatre. Parking at the Quackenbush Garage is subject to fees. The Quackenbush Garage is a 24/7 parking location with accessibility compliant spaces.
