Hours: The University of Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ET. The ticket office is located at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way in Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center. On game day, the Athletic Ticket Office remains open until the end of the first half. For weekend games, the Athletic Ticket Office opens three (3) hours prior to tip off.
General Rules
REGULATIONS • Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. • All articles, including purses, are subject to search. • Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip off. • No passouts are permitted • Smoking is prohibited in the seating area and concourses. • Tickets not obtained directly from the UT Ticket Office or its authorized agents may not be honored. • No refund or exchange of tickets allowed. PROHIBITED ITEMS • Weapons • Alcoholic beverages • Cans, bottles, coolers • Radios without headsets • Open umbrellas • Video cameras • Stadium seats with arms • Large bags or parcels, including backpacks and large purses • Artificial noisemakers
