Hours: Open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. For events on weekdays, the Box Office will remain open through the end of intermission. For events on weekends, the Box Office is open two hours before show time and through the end of intermission.
Child Policy
Children under two years of age do not require a ticket to sit on an adult's lap. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Parking
General parking in lots across the street ($10 charge). Premium parking lot adjacent to building ($20 charge; limited availability). Handicap parking available in all lots. All lots are cashless and accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay®, Google Pay® and Samsung Pay®.
Accessibility
Accessible seating, limited mobility, and visually impaired seating is available in limited quantities and available for purchase at the box office and Ticketmaster.com. Hearing impaired/sign language interpreter requests at least 1 week prior to performance to reserve. Email info@kodakcenter.com or call (585) 254-0181. May purchase tickets anywhere in venue.
