Rhode Island's P.V.D. keeps raw black metal stripped to its most caustic and primitive essentials, with no polish and no compromise. The project's name doubles as a hat-tip to the Providence punk underground from which it emerged in 2019.

Pacto de Mutilación is a blackened death metal band from Manta, Ecuador, founded in 2017 by José Rodríguez and currently signed to Entocomophobic Records. The band channels anti-Christian and occult themes through a savage blend of black and death metal, releasing material including the demos Culto Tribal and Lamashtu, followed by the 2021 EP Lamashtu II and the full-length Sanguinaria Misantropía.
