Death/black/thrash metal band from São Paulo, formed in 2022, comprising Bataille N.Z.F.E.D.K. on drums, Bloodshed SS on guitars, and Scytherman 1150 on vocals and bass. Their debut EP Imperial Genocide was recorded and mixed at Krypta Bestial Studios by Mallus and released on October 31, 2022 through Black Hearts Records; the four-track release uses cover artwork derived from Pedro Américo's 1871 painting Batalha do Campo Grande.
Death/black metal band from Salvador, Bahia, formed in 2001, active through 2008 on Dynamo Records. Their 2005 self-titled album features ten tracks including "Murderers in the Name of God," "Laid in Ashes," and "Pestilence of the Limbo," with vocalist Arnaldo Asmodeus, drummer Thiago Nogueira, bassist Joel Moncorvo, and guitarists Tony Assis and Daniel.
Vadra is a death/thrash metal trio from San Salvador de Jujuy, Argentina, comprising Marko on guitar and vocals, Martín on bass, and Montyz on drums. The band recorded their EP "En las profvndidades del horror" between May and July 2019 at a home studio in Jujuy, with mixing and mastering handled at Kueva Studio in Salta; the release appeared in 2020 on the Corpse Print label in digipak CD format.
Vastarien is the solo project of Maceió-based multi-instrumentalist Rodrigo Lacerda, who handles all instruments, vocals, and production himself. Formed in 2021, the project works a seam of death, doom, and black metal saturated with themes of pessimism, anti-natalism, and cosmic horror — documented across the debut album nothing HAS to be (March 2021) and the two-track EP Cadaveric Fauna / Derealization, self-recorded at Sempiternum Studios in Maceió and released in March 2023.
Veltharion is a death/black metal band from Bahia, Brazil, consolidated in late 2025 and comprising Ana Falcão, Fábio Nephilim, Bruno Freire, and Danton Tyrannizer — musicians with prior experience in outfits such as Dark Heaven, Diabolic Empire, and Iron Wolves. The band released their debut single "Sustained By Suffering" in January 2026 and announced their first full-length album "Black Hole's Dance" for April 17, 2026 via Sangue Frio Productions, exploring themes of ego, existential nihilism, and criticism of religious manipulation.
Vexatan is a one-person blackened death metal project from Paranaguá, Paraná, formed in May 2022 by multi-instrumentalist Danihell, who handles all instruments, vocals, production, and artwork. The project has released two EPs — "Eternal Torment" (2022) and "Diabolic Empire" — building on Danihell's prior work in bands including Satanic Funeral, Tormento, and Rotting Corpse.
Victimario is a Buenos Aires brutal death metal band formed in 2013 by vocalist Gonzalo Aguilar, guitarist Sergio Chaile, bassist Emanuel Digiacomo, and drummer Nahuel Laregina. Starting out in a death/thrash vein, they debuted with the EP "And Death Just Begun" (2013) and sharpened their sound into brutal death metal on the album "Sculpture of Insane Minds" (2015), followed by "Within" (2020) and "Voided" (2021).
Vocífera is a death/thrash metal band from Recife, Pernambuco, active from 2011 through 2017 before going on hold. The band released a self-titled EP in 2012 and their debut full-length Evil Thoughts in 2016, a conceptual album exploring human fears and social critique.
Voiceless Dissonance is a death/thrash/groove metal band from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, whose debut EP Vox: I appeared in 2026, introducing tracks such as "It's on That Damn Plate" and "They Form a Sea of People."
