De Ros is a progressive metal and shred project centered on guitarist Marcos De Ros from Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Originally formed as a power trio in 1991 with drummer Sandro Stecanela and bassist Fábio Alves, the group recorded the instrumental progressive metal albums "Ad Dei Gloriam" (1994) and "Universe" (1997), drawing on influences ranging from jazz-fusion to Indian classical music. Marcos De Ros is recognized by Rolling Stone Brasil as one of 70 Brazilian guitar masters and was the first Brazilian guitarist to release an instructional CD-ROM internationally.

Desertica is an instrumental psychedelic doom/stoner rock band from La Plata, Argentina, featuring Ricky and Javi on guitars, Arnold on bass, and Chopo on drums. The band released their debut album MobyDick in November 2025, a three-track instrumental record — comprising "Los Asteroides," "El Desernauta," and "Desertica" — recorded, mixed, and mastered by Ariel Belok at MobyDick studios in La Plata.

Deventter is a progressive metal and rock band from São Paulo, Brazil, with roots tracing back to 2001 when founding members began composing extended progressive works. The band released three albums independently: "The 7th Dimension" (2007), "Lead On" (2009), and "Empty Set" (2013), the latter recorded at Norcal Studios in São Paulo and spanning 14 tracks that blend progressive, alternative, classic rock, and metal influences. They are documented on Prog Archives and Metal Archives as a consistent presence in the Brazilian progressive metal scene.
