Taagefanger from the Djursland peninsula in eastern Jutland craft sludge metal as heavy and sodden as the Danish coastal landscape since 2022. Their Danish name and rural peninsula setting infuse their crushing sound with a distinctly maritime Nordic character.
An Austrian doom/drone/sludge metal outfit operating under the name Unholy Tabernakel, the band craft slow, crushing compositions that draw from the heaviest end of the drone and sludge traditions. They remain an independent, underground act with a limited but dedicated following in the European heavy music scene.
Taint is a stoner/sludge metal band from Swansea, Wales, formed in 2020. Their music combines the heavy, low-tuned grooves of sludge with the psychedelic haze of stoner metal, emanating from the industrial heart of south Wales.

Taurine is a groove and sludge metal band from Törökbálint near Budapest, Hungary, formed in 2022. They combine punchy groove metal rhythms with the abrasive heaviness of sludge.
Tear Gas and Plate Glass was a sludge/doom metal band from York, active from 2002 to 2007, founded by brothers Matthew and Nathan Dick. Citing influences like Godflesh, Electric Wizard, and Iron Monkey, their final EP 'Vantage' was recorded in Holland before the band disbanded to pursue other projects.
