Chapstik is a stoner and thrash metal band with roots in San Antonio, Texas, that relocated to Detroit, Michigan, playing a low-end-heavy blend of Melvins-influenced sludge and punk-edged thrash. The band released three full-lengths across their active years from 1997 to 2011, including Barnburner on Unfortunate Miracle Records.
