God Forsaken is an old-school death-doom metal band from Ylistaro, Finland, formed in the early 1990s, with a lineup of Mika Hankaniemi on vocals, Hannu Kujanen on guitars, Jani Koskela on bass, and Juha Pohto on drums. Their nine-release catalog spanning decades includes Dismal Gleams of Desolation and Electric Release, rooted firmly in the Finnish death-doom tradition.
