Mircalla wove orchestral grandeur into a black metal framework built around themes of vampirism and occult darkness, drawing their name from Sheridan Le Fanu's gothic vampire novella. The band documented their craft across two demos — Flooded Veins of the Impurity (1998) and Carnal Hysteria for the Nocturnal Glory (2000) — before eventually dissolving.

Mutilated Christ is a Symphonic Black Metal band from Ambato, Tungurahua, Ecuador, founded in June 1994 by guitarist William "Morbo" Mutilator. One of Ecuador's earliest extreme metal acts, the band built an early following with limited-run demos including "Blood of Bastard" (1996), which sold out its initial 66-copy cassette run and was later re-pressed to 500 copies. They remain active and release through Profane Elite, with themes centered on anti-Christianity and satanism.

The band contributed two tracks — 'Espartaco, Gladiador Rei' and 'Santuario' — to the SP Metal II compilation released on Baratos Afins in 1985, alongside Korzus, Abutre, and Performances. Their approach drew on NWOBHM and early power metal influences, and guitarist Ricardo 'Micka' Michaellis later played in the glam act Extravaganza.
