Massachusetts-based Wind Walkers have spent over a decade refining their blend of metalcore aggression with pop-infused melodies and post-hardcore dynamics. Since adding vocalist Trevor Borg in 2023, the band has entered a bold new chapter on Fearless Records, fearlessly combining modern metal heaviness with irresistible hooks on releases like the EP 'I Don't Belong Here.'
Melbourne's Windwaker craft anthemic metalcore that balances soaring clean choruses with crushing heaviness, drawing comparisons to Architects and Northlane. Their 2022 debut album 'Love Language' showcased a band with stadium-sized ambitions, earning them a growing international profile and tours across Australia, Europe, and North America.
Within Temptation formed in Waddinxveen in 1996 around Sharon den Adel and Robert Westerholt, first developing a gothic and doom-influenced symphonic metal sound before becoming one of the Netherlands' most internationally recognized heavy bands. Enter introduced the darker early style, but Mother Earth gave the band a broader identity through folk-like melodies, orchestral atmosphere, and den Adel's soaring vocal lines. Zenek Grabowski is the solo vehicle of Polish musician Sebastian "Zenek" Grabowski, best known from Kabanos and for a restless approach to rock that treats genre borders as optional. Based in Piaseczno, he has released a large body of solo material under the Zenek identity, moving between punk rock directness, metal riffs, absurdist humor, melodic hooks, and deliberately playful experiments. Albums such as 33, Plachta na Byka, O!, and later releases show a songwriter who can jump from blunt, pogo-ready punk energy into heavier groove-driven arrangements without losing a strongly personal voice. Zero 9:36 is the heavy rap-rock project of Matthew Cullen, whose songs fuse clipped hip-hop delivery with hard rock impact, electronic pressure, and nu metal tension. You Will Not Be Saved introduced a direct, anxious style built around tracks like "Leave the Light On," where fast vocal patterns meet guitar weight and melodic release. ...If You Don't Save Yourself expanded the formula with bigger hooks and collaborations, including the Ice Nine Kills version of "Adrenaline," which pushed the project further into active-rock territory. Later releases such as None of Us Are Getting Out and They Were Always Here sharpened the darker mood, pairing distorted riffs, trap-influenced rhythm, and shouted choruses with lyrics about self-sabotage, anger, and survival. Zero's strength is the way he treats heaviness as rhythmic punctuation.
