Georgetown, California's Disgrace have been channeling the raw, no-frills energy of thrash metal since 2011, operating out of the Sierra Nevada foothills far from the polished Bay Area circuit. Their sound hews to the classic thrash template — aggressive riffing, barked vocals, and the kind of d-beat urgency that keeps the genre's underground roots alive.
Disgrace is a thrash metal band from Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil with roots traceable to the late 1980s under the name Cão de Guarda, later resuming activity from 2014 onward. The band is signed to Bulldog Records and appeared on early compilations including "Hell'Zine Compilation 1" (1989) and "Morbid Noise - Abomination 4" (1990). Their career history reflects the long continuity of Brasília's underground thrash metal tradition.
Disgrace and Terror is a death/thrash metal band from Belém, Pará, Brazil, formed in 2005 and currently active as an independent act. The band evolved from a thrash-rooted early sound into a heavier death/thrash style, with themes centered on war, blasphemy, and satanic philosophy. Their discography includes albums such as Shadows of Violence, The Final Sentence, El Papa Negro, and Age of Satan (2018), the latter recorded at Legacy Studios in Belém.
