Lena Scissorhands is best known as the founding vocalist and primary public face of Infected Rain, the Moldovan metal band she formed in 2008 in Chișinău that blends metalcore, nu metal, and electronic elements with her versatile combination of clean singing and aggressive screaming. Under her own name, Scissorhands began releasing solo material in 2025, with the debut single "Believe" presenting a more melodic hard rock direction. She is also a vocalist in the American alternative metal project Death Dealer Union.
Lendas Ocultas is a black metal band from Brasília, Brazil, with roots going back to an earlier incarnation active from 1999 to 2005 before reforming around 2014. Their release Orgen Eugnas came out on December 3, 2019 through the German label Wolfmond Production as a limited CDr edition of 100 copies, containing five tracks of raw, anti-Christian black metal. The band's vocalist is also associated with the Haeretikus Production label.
Leng Tch'e is a Belgian grindcore band from Ghent, formed in 2001 and named after the Chinese execution method known as "death by a thousand cuts." The band coined the term "razorgrind" to describe their fusion of grindcore with death metal, stoner rock, and metalcore elements, releasing their debut Death by a Thousand Cuts in 2002 before signing to Relapse Records for a run of albums including Marasmus (2007) and Hypomanic. Their approach to extreme brevity and sonic violence places them among the more intellectually self-aware bands in the genre.
Lenhador is a black metal band from Não-Me-Toque, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, formed in 2005. The band blends raw black metal with crust and punk elements, evidenced across three releases: The Fall of the Wood (2005), Crescente Entropia Universal (2007), and The Pope Smokes Dope (2010), the last issued through Cauterized Productions. Their discography includes covers of Regurgitate and Ildjarn, reflecting a wide-ranging underground sensibility.
