Septical Mind have been thrashing from the Picardy city of Amiens since 2016, channeling septic-minded aggression from the Somme River valley. They bring contaminated velocity to the northern French thrash scene.
Septicem is a death metal band from Apizaco, Tlaxcala, Mexico, active since 2002 under the current name (previously operating as Nefroptosis from 1991 and Putrefaccion from 1988). The band is signed to War Chaos Music and has released three full-lengths: "See My Hate" (2006), "Pleasures of War" (2013), and "Inner Fear" (2026).

Septicemia is a brutal death metal band from Mendoza, Argentina, whose gore-themed lyrical approach places them squarely in the most extreme end of the local underground scene. Septicflesh is a Greek symphonic death metal band formed in Athens in 1990 by brothers Spyridon 'Seth Siro Anton' Antoniou and Christos Antoniou alongside guitarist Sotiris Vagenas, initially releasing dark and gothic-inflected death metal records through the 1990s. Following a hiatus, the band reformed in 2007 with a dramatically expanded sound incorporating the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and a full choir, debuting this approach on Communion (2008) through Season of Mist. Subsequent albums including The Great Mass (2011), Titan (2014), Codex Omega (2017), and Modern Primitive (2022) cemented their status as one of extreme metal's most technically and orchestrally ambitious acts, and in 2024 they became the first metal band to perform at the historic Odeon of Herodes Atticus in Athens.
Ivanovo's Septicopyemia pair death metal and grindcore from the central Russian textile city since 2011. Their medical-horror name channels systemic infection into compositions of relentless extremity.
