Dead Rooster is a Buenos Aires metal band formed in 2012, rooted in drone and doom metal before evolving toward a rawer blend of black metal and punk, drawing comparisons to Hellhammer, Celtic Frost, Venom, and Discharge. Their debut EP "Witches of Belial" was recorded in November 2011 at Music Factory Studio in Buenos Aires and released on cassette in 2012 through Coche Bomba Records, later appearing digitally via The Return Recs in 2013.
