Please Note: Seating: General Admission seating means sitting on the ground. (most of Riverstage is GRASSED AREA on a gentle slope) Bad Weather Policy: Riverstage is an outdoor amphitheatre. If rain or bad weather occurs, the show will proceed, unless deemed unsafe to do so. No refunds will be authorised unless the event is cancelled. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating may be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

Accessibility: To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay. Phone: A temporary box office will be set up for gate sales on the day of performance. This will be set up on the University side of the Riverstage, next to the toilet block. Access will be through Gate 1 and Gate 2. Gate number will be on the ticket.

Parking: No parking is available on site. Patrons can use the various inner city pay-for parking stations. Limited metered parking along Alice Street. We recommend that you park at Southbank or one of the many CBD parking facilities.
