Angel 7 merges melodic death, power, and thrash metal from Kyiv since 2001. Over a quarter century of multi-genre compositions from the Ukrainian capital, they have sustained an ambitious triple-threat approach.
Angel Dust is a German heavy metal band formed in Dortmund in 1984, releasing their debut Into the Dark Past in 1986 during the height of the German speed and thrash metal movement. After disbanding in 1990, the band reformed in 1998 with a new vocalist and a significantly more melodic power metal orientation, signing to Century Media Records and releasing acclaimed albums including Border of Reality (1998), Bleed (1999), and Enlighten the Darkness (2000). They are one of the more notable examples of a German thrash act successfully reinventing themselves as a power metal band.
Angel of Silence delivers heavy and power metal from Altusried in the Allgäu region of Bavaria since 2022. Their paradoxical name — a celestial being defined by the absence of sound — belies the volume of their Alpine-born metal.
